First click on start button on your windows screen then all programs and select Windows Live Mail. Select account from the top menu and click on email button.
The Add Your Email Accounts window will be shown.Type your email address , password, and display name, and then click Next.
In the next step in Outgoing server information type the server address for example mail.samagraph.com for SamaGraph Company. Type 25 for the outgoing port. Active the requires authentication. In Incoming user information it is better to choose Imap for server type. Type the server address and 110 for incoming port. Click next.
Click Add another email account if you want to add more accounts, or click Finish to start using Windows Live Mail.
If you have any problem in receiving emails right-click on the added account and select properties. Click on advanced and change the outgoing mail server port to 587 or 2525. Click ok.
